Let me be clear. The Write Your Book Retreat is not a workshop on how to write, but rather an immersive weekend to guide you through the process of writing your book!
The goal is not to simply to write a book, but to write the book that you want to write, and that your audience would want to read! Armed with the right knowledge, insight and content development strategies, I promise that the clouds will part and you will know exactly what to do next and how to do it. In fact, we will do much of the initial work together!
1. Clarify the book you want to write and who you are writing it for. Discuss viable markets and realistic approaches to getting published.
2. Discuss title and content strategies. Craft working title, subtitle, table of contents and synopsis for each chapter.
3. Write your first chapters and learn important strategies for generating and accelerating content creation. Plenty of time for sharing, discussion and questions.
4. Learn valuable approaches and resources for contacting agents, publishers, editors, page designers, printers and much, much, much more!
